The numerically controlled universal bending machine from Oakley Industrial Machinery is a fully programmable solution for bending heating elements with one or two bending units. It can perform automatic bending on a single plane or multiple planes, accommodating a wide range of shapes, sizes, and bending angles.
Using OIM’s 3D-graphic programming software, operators simply enter the geometric data of the heating element. The machine automatically generates the bending program, leveraging previous bending experience stored in its database. Preset programs allow the machine to achieve accurate dimensional tolerances from the very first element, minimizing setup time and ensuring consistent, repeatable results.
The concrete advantages that make the difference

Eliminates the need for manual adjustments.

Quickly create and execute programs by entering geometric data.

Reduced mechanical adjustments allow operation without a specialist.

Simplified design ensures consistent bending and reduces routine upkeep.

Stores up to 10,000 programs for fast and easy setup.

Capable of bending heating elements with different lengths, including programmable tolerances for each leg.
