When a full set of tubes is picked up—via pneumatic or manual clamp—the hopper feeder immediately prepares the next set, ensuring a continuous material flow and adapting dynamically to production demands.
The manual tube presetter allows operators to quickly and accurately prepare tubes for simultaneous transfer to the filling machine. This centralized preparation minimizes idle time and enhances overall productivity. The manual unit is compatible with tube diameters ranging from 7.2 mm to 12 mm.
