The semi-automatic coil-pin welding machine automatically welds coils to terminal pins after the operator manually assembles the components. Loaded onto a walking beam conveyor, each unit is individually transferred to the welding station and then to the unloading point. A pneumatic alignment system beneath the electrode ensures precise and repeatable welds, maximizing productivity and consistency.

WALKING BEAM TO TRANSFER THE PRE-ASSEMBLED TERMINAL PIN/COIL from the loading position to the welding station. After welding, the parts are discharged into a stainless steel container.
