Finning machine for heating elements

Oakley Industrial Machinery’s finning machine for heating elements efficiently and accurately wraps a strip around a tube or tubular heating element, forming high-quality fins using a state-of-the-art numerical control (NC) system.

To accommodate diverse production requirements, the machine can be equipped with additional tooling kits to apply fins to heating elements of varying diameters and strip widths. Operators can easily set and recall fin pitch and other key parameters directly from the intuitive control panel, eliminating the need for time-consuming re-tooling.

The finning head stops at the loading position indicated by the operator interface, ensuring the correct distance between the end of the tube and the first fin.
