Marking device
The axial marking system uses interchangeable characters, enabling the marking of key identification data such as voltage (V) and power (W) values. After exiting the roll reduction mill, the heating elementgoes through two non-motorized rolls: the first carries the marking characters, and the second serves as a counter-roller to ensure precise pressure and clear, accurate marking.
Practicality is a key feature: the character-bearing roll is quickly removable, simplifying changeovers. Both rolls are equipped with a micrometric adjustment system, allowing precise positioning according to the tube diameter, ensuring consistent, high-quality marking every time.
