The Oakley jetless filling machine has been designed to increase fill speeds for heating element production. The machine ensures a highly consistent fill level across all tubes, with an adjustable setting that allows manufacturers to create the ideal cavity for their upper plug without wasting or adding excess MgO.
Engineered specifically as a high-precision filling machine for heating elements, Oakley Industrial Machinery’s jetless system provides reliable MgO compaction and superior process control. A powerful electromechanical vibration system enables fine-tuned adjustment of amplitude and frequency to optimize MgO distribution during the fill.
The concrete advantages that make the difference

New-patented 3-tube system for MgO flow control, which allows for greater fill speeds. The system is fitted with a mechanical closing/opening device that allows higher MgO flow rates and keeps it from flowing, once closed.

The electromechanical vibration system, delivers stable and symmetrical oscillations across all vibration frequencies and operators can easily set different vibration levels. During filling, a travelling vibrator moves from the bottom to the top of the tube, ensuring uniform MgO compaction. After filling, the machine can keep the upper section of the heating element vibrating to further improve powder compaction in that area.

Motorized set up when changing the length of the tubes to be filled. Motorized adjustment of the top terminal pin protrusion from the tubes after being filled.

The machine reduces the amount of MgO spillage or loss to a bare minimum.

The simple, intuitive operator interface makes the machine easy to use, allowing quick setup and control of the main functions.

The system offers an optional feature allowing you to individually program which filling stations are active—by simply opening or closing their respective valves—giving you the flexibility to run any quantity of elements, from a single tube up to the machine’s full capacity.

VIBRATION GROUP
Electromechanical vibration system driven by a DC motor. The system delivers stable, symmetrical oscillations even when the vibration frequency is varied. Different vibration frequencies can be achieved by adjusting the motor speed. The traveling vibrator moves from the bottom to the top of the tube during the filling process.
ADJUSTABLE BOTTOM BAR FOR TUBE SUPPORT
The position of the bottom bar is easily adjusted from the panel to accommodate different tube lengths.
UPPER HOPPER
The hopper is designed to contain magnesium oxide (MgO) for insertion into the tubes.
MOVING HOPPER
Working hopper that travels together with the filling set.
TANK MOTORIZATION
Motorized adjustment when changing the length of the tubes to be filled. Motorized adjustment of the top terminal pin protrusion from the tubes after filling.
FILLING SET
New patented 3-tube system for MgO flow control, allowing for higher filling speeds. The system is fitted with a mechanical opening/closing device that not only increases MgO flow rates, but also prevents MgO from flowing once closed.
CONTROL PANEL
The operator interface is simple and intuitive, enabling straightforward operation and allowing quick setting and control of all main machine functions.
